De-Lurking

Greetings to everyone,

I've been lurking about in the shadows for a couple of weeks now and learning from all of your posts. Thanks!!

I was diagnosed with diabetes 7 years ago ( injured pancreas in car wreck about 15 years ago) and have gone from diet controlled to pills to my current regime of Lantus/Novolog. Starting next week, however, I will be starting on an insulin pump ( minimed 715 ). I'm excited about the prospect of tighter control that I hope the pump will provide.

In any case I just wanted to get that first post out of the way and I look forward to be a part of these forums.
