Can you do a good 2 hour post test without fasting first and then eating??

I don't understand what you are asking. The 2 hr post is 2 hrs post meal. You can do a 2 hr test after any meal of the day.

It's still not clear what you're asking. Give us details. Give us a timeline--tell us when you tested, what your BG was, when you ate (what you ate), what your two-hour test was--for all the tests you're asking about.

Okay sorry, I am not making sense
Day 1 Fasting was 91 ate breakfast one hour was 151 and two hour was 155.
Day 2 ate early this a.m. had no fasting, did pre meal it was 102 ate breakfast (same meal as day one) got 130 at one hour and 118 at two hours.
Lower I know, which is good. But on day two was my body already putting out insulin to control my earlier meal and that's why it was lower?

Just a few questions:
Was there any exercise involved either day? (even the night before?)
Did the meals take place at the same time of the day (I know they were breakfast, but is your schedule routine enough that you eat breakfast at the same time every day, or does it vary)?
Did you wash your hands before both tests?
