Im about to try out some sure Ts and want to know if they are good?Any tricks with them?

I use them, as well as Silhouettes. They are extremely easy to insert. The major drawback is that they only come with short tubing but if you have any longer Silhouette tubing that can be used.
The only thing I'd say is that you may want to put some extra tape over the cannula part. It has the separate connector so that pressure is taking off the cannula but it's nice to have a little extra security.
