Makes sense to me. And y'know what?
I've discovered I can slice up a large banana in a little sweetened cream, and hardly spike. How about that?! Tonight's banana test results:
114 before bananas & cream
130 at 1-hour interval
125 at 2-hour interval
Yippee!
(No, not a green banana! :D :D :D This one wasn't terribly ripe, but fully yellow & it did have a few spots developing on it.)
Wooo that sounds tasty.
I made a jello pudding singles with half and half last night -- a it lumpy, I may try dissolving it in water and then adding the half and half, next time -- but it was like pot-de-creme!
A bit carb-y -- 8 g, but then my FBG this morning was good this morning at 102, so, okay.
