Is Movie Theater Popcorn something that you guys can usually eat? Looking at a nutrition calculator, it looks like a "small" has about 27g of carbs.. that's not too bad, right?

I would say it's probably fine, as long as you plan for it the rest of the day. I've been known to take a cheese stick with me, too, to have with the popcorn, so I know the snack is more "balanced." I guess if you're not going straight to the movies, maybe you could take along a stick of beef jerky or something.

I agree, a little fat and protein may make it easier on you. Oh.. but then, why not just have cheesecake? :)

hi i do fine with a jr. or a kids pack...the jr. is a size smaller than the small but it is a decent serving..
