My poor pump....I just noticed when I did my set change that the cap that goes on the cartridge has a crack.

Where can I order the cap? Anyone have any they want to send me?

I have plenty extra battery caps.

Have you called Smith's? They might be able to help you, at least tell you where you might order one.

You should still be able to order those from Cozmo. They are suppose to be guaranteeing all parts are available until March 2013. I need to call up and get a new battery cap as mine has a split in half, but still holds the battery in, just not waterproof.

That has happened to me many times, and more than once my battery cap has been stripped. Smith's should be fine with sending you one or more. I've ordered them dozens of times.

I haven't called Smiths yet. I guess I need to do that. I wasn't sure if they were still around.

That was a recall. Call they will overnight one to you.

I have about 3 more years of warranty on my Cozmo and the way understand it is: they will warranty the last pump they sold for the 4 years. I would not see why they do not also have the parts.

FYI: If anyone does get in a jam I have several battery caps and resv. caps.

They didn't have any parts since they can't do billing. I ended up ordering from Liberty Medical. Even though I didn't want to b/c of the "diabetis" that drives me nuts.
