Hey folks, new guy here. I bought a Medical ID Bracelet from Walmart today but my wrist is too danged thick for it to be comfortable. It's this one:
Walmart.com: Medical ID Bracelet: Home Medical (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10097632)

It's brand new and it'd be a shame for it to go to waste, so I'd like to offer it up to a Diabetesforum member who would be able to use it. I'll ship it in a padded envelope to anywhere in the United States for the low price of $0.00.

I know that for some people, the financial aspect of the disease is tough, so I hope that this could go to a person for whom it might not otherwise be easy to purchase. It's honor system--but if this item is something that you can easily afford, please be considerate of other forum members. But like I said, it's honor system, so if you ask for it, I'll send it.

Sorry, I only have one of these, so it'll go to the first person to send me a Private Message.

Very nice offer Banjo. I am sure someone here will give it a lovely home. I went to Apple Hill today which is like a fall drive with farms open that sell crafts. There was a lady there and a gentleman that sell medical ID bracelets. The beaded ones for females were very pretty and the masculine ones were really nice. They make them custom made for about $20.00. The ones for the guys come with very strong magnetic clasps so no fumbling to get them on. If you would like his email addy, let me know.

Hey, Nancy, do you remember where they were? My bracelet just broke & I'm planning to go up to Apple Hill in the next couple of weeks.
