My doctor has told me I am in a pre-diabetic state with fbs in lo 100s. I am active and do not have any weight to lose. Has anyone had success lowering bs with cinnamon and chrimium supplement?

Welcome Erniek! Sounds like you've gotten a big "wake-up" call with your diagnosis of pre-D.
You'll find varying opinions about Cinnamon, some find that it helps, others do not. I took the capsules for awhile, stopping because it irritated my stomach. I still add it to tea or cocoa when I can, as I like the taste. I take a chromium supplement as well.
More importantly, I would encourage you to make changing your current lifestyle your top priority. Keep your weight within normal limits, eat a healthy well-balanced dietand, exercise and have a regular f/u with your doctor (to include A1C to check your 90-day blood sugar average).
There's a book "Pre-Diabetes, What you Need to Know to Keep Diabetes Away," by Gretchen Becker that you may want to read. I've not read this book, but her book for T2s, has been a great resource.
Ernie if you are active and do not have any weight to lose, you might want to find out if you have antibodies, and what your C-peptide is.
Because while you can control T1.5 with diet, exercise, and meds, getting onto insulin sooner will help preserve your beta cell mass.
