I just got back from wal mart, and found a few things that others here might want to know about. I bought all three of these and plan to try them over the next several days:
-Ittibitz Ice Cream- comes in several flavors and is individually portioned, with each plastic cup serving being less than 20 carbs. Reminds me a bit of Dip N Dots.
-Digiorno now has a 200 calorie portioned pizza! With less than 25 carbs/ portion, and I think it had a pretty decent amount of protein too! Granted, the portion may be kinda small, but would be perfect with a salad.
-Hawiian Punch single serving on the go packets... these are sugar free and I saw them in red, orange, purple, and blue.
*Disclaimer: obviously, these are not for super low-carbers... but for those of us who are just trying to moderately control our carbs, these all looked like potential craving relief. :)
Like I said, I plan to try each of these at some point over the next week or so... I'll be sure to let you know if any of them seem to hurt my bg.

FYI, the pizza didn't seem to hurt me.... bg before eating= 114; 2hr pp=142. I'll try it again when my starting bg is less than 110 and see what happens.

I found the Hawaiian Punch s/f add-ins to be a bit to sweet tasting for me.
As for pizza, i've found I get a decent 2 hr reading, but at 3 and even 4 hrs I pay for it unless it was just one slice of thin pizza...and who wants only one slice???. It's a very rare treat for me...unless I make it myself on the low-carb tortillas.

My fave wal mart find is the Joseph's oat bran pita breads. Low carb and taste good. Also recently found the Sorbee cookies at another grocery. very good.
I prefer the Hawaiian Punch sugar free Lemon Berry Squeeze to the Fruit Juicy Red. But my favorite add in at the moment is the sugar free pink lemonade from Wyler's Light. And I've done fine with a slice of thin crust delivery pizza from Papa Johns. I'm not such a fan of ice cream. I really missed cake until I found sugar free tastykake- found them at walmart of course. They are like cupcakes, and really they are junk food. So not too often. cupcakes and pizza and punch... oh my!
(wondering what's going to happen to my system with all this artificial sweetener. article at yahoo made me feel a bit more at ease. Artificial Sweeteners: How Bad Are Saccharin, Aspartame? - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/20091020/hl_time/08599193111600) )

I did well with the one piece of pizza... quite frankly, as Linda said earlier, who wants only one slice? And, as always, just because that one product worked for me doesn't mean it will work for everyone.

I try to get my pizza fix using Mission's Carb Balance Tortillas and then adding pizza sauce, cheese, etc. Makes for a decent thin crust pizza.

I use Flatout brand Healthy Grain whole grain flatbread, which has 17 g carb with 8 g fiber, 1/2 cup Mario Batali Marinara or Tomato Basil Sauce, which both have 5 g carb with 1 g fiber, and of course good ol' mozzarella and parmesan cheese. With only 13 net carbs (plus 1 or 2 for the cheese) you can adorn the pizza with whatever meat or vege's that tickle your fancy. The crust comes out like a thin crust pizza. Nice and crispy, holds up well and very tasty. It is also quite large so you really feel like you are eating a nice meal and feel satiated.

I've found the Hawaiian Punch to be great. Especially during the summer when fruity drinks are the most refreshing. They don't spike my BG at all. They also make a great sugar free, low carb mixer if you want "adult Kool-aid"!:D

I do this, too. I put a little olive oil in a skillet, plop the tortilla on (I have used jalepeno or tomato and basil tortillas),flip it over then put sauce, pepperoni, cheese, etc. cover with lid so the cheese melts. these are delish and my granddaughters love them. one of these is very fulfilling.

another good add in Wyler's Light Raspberry Lemonade.
Also, I had good results with 1/2 cup Dreyer's slow churned no sugar added mint chocolate chip with 15 carbs per serving. It's icier more than creamy, if you follow what I mean. But still good. I had it for dessert with baked chicken and mashed potatoes. At 2 hrs, 120. yay! I can eat mint chocolate chip! And I look forward to trying more flavors. They had butter pecan and neopolitan and others. I also noticed the grocery now carries blue bell no sugar added which has 18 carbs per serving.
