Hi there- I am new to this forum and look forward to participating!
I have a question for you guys. Has anyone ever had any luck on a vegan diet? I am reading a book called The Pleasure Trap and all these docs talk about is that everyone should be a vegan.

I'm afraid I can't help with your question... I'm such a picky eater that I have a hard time eating healthier to begin with, let alone something that limited. I'm sure others will be more knowledgeable.
