I was really nervous about my a1c this time because I had not done as well with my diet and exercise plan in the few weeks before the test as I had been before... and I know that others here have said the a1c focuses more heavily on the last month than the two before that. So I was super nervous.

The result? Down from a 9.3 to a 6.4. :D

Not that I'm complaining. Just different from what I expected.

I'm curious...were the results better or worse than you expected, MoonGlo? You've done an amazing job in so short a time...especially considering that you were unwell recently, as I recall.

BRAVO!

This number was much better than I expected. I see how ambiguous I was there now.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. I'm so lucky to have such great friends behind me... I don't think I could have done so well without your help and encouragment. :)
