then why are many of my local events already finished? i thought i had some time to investigate..but i guess not..in addition, i am truly finding very, very little on type 2 or generic diabetes awareness events...( guess this is where us autoimmune ppl may be a bit more in luck???)
i have learned so much here and at work regarding the importance of diet and exercise for not only the 1's but the 2's..that being said, i am trying to use my passion and knowledge to light a fire for my own company regarding the type 2 population..
while type 2 effects all sorts of ppl, i encounter so many mismanaged/misinformed type 2's in the geriatric popluation with whom i now work...and i want to motivate my fellow coworkers to do more, learn more..
but there seems to be a major lack in motivating activity currenly in south jersey...if any one knows any other outlets in this geographic area..please let me know..
if not, i'll gladly take any ideas to get my company more involved..
