Hi all,
I've recently begun to have a very dry mouth. I take 500mg of met a day, and haven't had any sort of complications from it so far, since beginning it in January. The last supplement I started taking was Calcium/Magnesium. Has anyone else experienced this with any supplements?

I do not seem to have the problem with dry mouth, but I never sem to be thirsty anymore. I have to force myself to drink, make a concious effort. I am up to 2-2.5 liters a day now, thats a lot of water.

It is, MCS! I've been reading your progress.

I suppose I'll try drinking more water. I probably drink 4 16oz glasses a day, plus several cups decaf coffee w/stevia extract powder. Hum, wonder if it could be the stevia powder...recently used up a small jar of a different brand? That's the only other thing different I've done.

Read several places you are suppose to drink half of your weight in oz of water. 230lbs, should be 115 oz, lots of water. giving it a go for now, probably will not be able to keep this up for long.
