hi..im newly diagnosed dm type 2 uncontrolled..im on novolog 70/30 twice a day...my problem im unemployed, im nely migarated here in the USA since I am from the Philippines..i want to have a patient assistance program however they are asking for federal tax return but i dont have it since im new here...what will i do???:(
