I overslept this morning and had an early conference call to prep for so I tried a different breakfast - a special K protein snack bar. It felt really decadent as if I were eating a candy bar for breakfast. But when I took my 2 hours after breakfast reading it was 84. This is not a complete breakfast I would recommend or eat every day. I was just glad to find something quick & easy that will work on the days when I need something quick & easy so I thought I'd share. Happy Thursday, everyone!

I suffer from DP early in the morning and need to eat right away when I get up otherwise my numbers go up. Lots of time I am not real hungry but grab 1/2 of a low carb energy bar to eat with my coffee. Later on in the morning I will eat something more substantial. Lately I've been eating those stir fry shiratake noodles for breakfast ( 3 carbs, 3 fiber)
