I cannot figure out how to download the info from my pump to ezmanager. I can do it from my meter using the usb cable but I don't get all the info from my pump. Is it supposed to download wirelessly? I feel like it should be obvious but I really can't figure this out. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you get the Infrared cable to download from your pump? There is an IR port on the back of the pump. eZ Manger user guide on line should show you the directions to do this.

Yes, I have the cable. It just doesn't work I guess... maybe it is defective. I know it's not my pump because my pump and my meter interact just fine with eachother. I just thought maybe I was missing something else that I should be doing.

Have you installed the correct driver for the cable for your computer operating system?

I had to go to tech support and get a special driver for my Microsoft VISTA system.

to remove the clip from the back of the pump. That is where the "senser" is.:cool:
