After reading some of the posts here, I can see I need to get my head out of my umm.... the sand and get things under control.
I was diagnosed with type 2 in 1995 and had it under control a couple times.
I'm really amazed and impressed at the way some of you keep track of your lab results, medicines and meter readings. It is truly inspiring!
I usually start keeping track of everything in a notebook and lose interest in it. Maybe now that I found this forum, I'll start doing the things I need to do.
BTW, this forum has the best Smilies to choose from. Some of them are pretty funny.

I can provide an Excel form for anyone to enter their monthly labwork, conversions, common ranges along with daily testing and meds taken.
Don't know if I can just upload to this site somewhere.

Barb,
Welcome to the forums, good to see you have decided to take control. The thing is, you have done it before so you know you can do it again.
Visit and post often,

Good one Yannah and so very true. I've heard and learned the same saying applied to working for yourself. (The good thing is you are your own boss; the bad thing is that you are your own boss.)
WELCOME BARB!
