Has anyone tried this food? I'm in the process of making it for lunch. It seems a little high in the carbs but I was given it by a diabetic friend. It is all whole oats,brown rice , rye, hard red winter wheat, triticale (what's that?), buckwheat, barley and sesame seeds. I'm just wondering is anyone out there eats it and has any recomendations on ways of incorporating it into their diet. Thanks

I eat it when I'm pushed for time, and would normally eat some sort of cereal. The "GoLean" is what I have.... Not really without carbs, but I figure better than Lucky Charms or Cap'n Crud!

I eat GoLean, too. I have a sweet tooth, so I usually add some spenda to it.

Carbs... moderation is the key for me. :)
