Hi Everyone! Great to see all of you again, including all the new faces :)

Received the results of my blood test this week from my doctor. My
A1C was 5.7, and my cholesterol and LDL are in the normal range now
as well.

My thyroid was still a little sluggish, so the doc increased my dosage again.
My triglycerides are still too high, at 298, and the doc said the only way
to lower them is with exercise. I've started yoga and riding my exercise
bike, and am hoping that will do the trick.

Great A1c

Your exercise plan should help bring down your triglycerides. I have also noticed since I have lost weight and been exercising that my synthroid dose has come down. I don't know if it is a coinsidence or not.

Keep up the great work.

Hey Awesome A1c

Yes, I'm a little jealous ...mine's probably not nearly as good. I still haven't heard yet, but I am anxious to find out. Even if the news isn't so great, at least I'll know that I need to buckle down and work harder at it.

Congrats and keep up the good work! :)
