Where's the Endo hiding?

Hey there everyone...

I finally made it to the 13th, the final appointment fo rmy new Endo!!!
Guess what?????

after Im there (got lost getting there), fill out the paperwork, get settled in, the nurse comes out to reshedule everyone's appointment because "he had an emergency" Im like, "Oh NO he didnt!" I was SOOOOOO looking forward to this appointment, I even took my pump information to see if he would help me with that, and maybe even fix up my insulin schedule to ease up my Hypos a bit..... Nothing, Nada, Zippo!! :mad: Well, it is the 13th, right?

So when is your next appointment? Let me guess probably 3-6 months away huh?

aCTUALLY, i DIDNT SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN nEXT tHURSDAY, 9 AM!!!
nOW i HAVE TO SCHEDULE MY SHOTS AND BREAKFAST AROUND THAT, BECAUSE IT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN AND THE TRAFFIC HERE IN mIAMI IS REAL BAD.

How disappointing :( ...I know how that is. You are all set and ready for this appointment, and just when it is finally here, something happens :mad: . I guess emergencies and special circumstances do come up and we all have to deal with them, but I know how you feel. Don't let this minor inconvenience get you down...try to stay as prepared and excited as you are today at your next appointment. Hopefully, the next one will be even better than you had hoped. :)

I hope you gave the kiss my butt signal as you were leaving. I am glad that at least you got a decent appointment. It just really aggrevates me because it seems like the Endo's only work 1 day a week. I was just referred to a new Endo and when I called for an appointment boy did I get slapped in the face. They offered me an appointment at the end of July. WHat the heck do they think I am making an appointment to get my hair done???? No there has to be a more obvious answer why I need an Endo. I went back and told my family DR of this appointment and he wasn't happy. Let's say he called himself and got an appointment at the beginning of June. Hmmmmmm I guess the receptionist missed that entire appointment or the DR might have to give up a part of his 3 hour lunch.

Hi Mars: You made your app. for Frid. the 13th?? Have you lost your mind?????? :D Well, I would've been Royaly Peed Off if they had cancelled while I was there, never happens here,they usually cancel a week before.
Hey Fri.13ths suck. We went for a motorcycle ride to a campsite town we used to have our camping trailor at for a few years. 3/4 mile outa the town a cop pulls over a 4x4 and us 'cause we went through a yellow light??? He said we had plenty of time to stop. We said we didn't know we had to stop since there was no one else in the inersecection. The Cop said it was a $300.fine plus 5 demerit points off my Hubby's licence. But since he had a Very Good Driver's record, he would not be charged. I'm thinking them small town Cops see someone they don't know so they can just pull 'em over for I.D.or any other minor violation. I know, I grew up in a small town. :D

YEAH RIGHT I hope he didn't think he was actually going to stop all 3. Sure enough only one stopped the other 2 took off. I thought it was pretty funny.

Ya sure, we could've taken off but guaranteed he had our licence #, so he would have just called us in for someone else to stop us and a definite charge then. I didn't mind....Good- looking Lad. ;) That is soooooooo Funny where two took off. Well, at least he got one. Hmmm....1/3 is not good odds. :confused: Oh well, better luck for him next time. :D

Hey, maybe that's where Cinnabon's endo is hiding? Maybe that was his "emergency," and the cops caught up with him (after he pulled away in that construction zone)! ;) :D lol j/k
