First off, thanks for all the prayers and well wishes, it helps to know that there are other folks thinking about you at these times.


Well the angio gave me both good news and bad news. The good news is there is nothing in there that needs to be repaired right away, the bad news is that sometime in the next 5 to 10 years I will definetely be getting a bypass.
Ah well, we just keep trucking.

On a good note I saw my GP today for amy monthly checkup on the diabetes and weighed in at 191 on the docs scale, that means I am down 25 lbs since January. Doc figures if I can lose another 20 lbs I should be able to get off the meds.

Hi Steve,

Welcome back and congratulations! Let's hope the weight loss keeps going well. Who knows, by the time you reach that 5 to 10 year mark maybe you won't need the bypass.

I was just wondering today how all of that was going for you. Like Travis said, you may not even need that by-pass in 5-10 years. Keep doing what you're doing. :thumbsup:

Steve Congratulations on the weight loss.I know it's not easy...I kust lost 50 pounds it took for ever but I did it..your on the right track :thumbsup:
I Echo the others maybe in the next 5-10 years you wont need that bypass
