What would be an easy way to find out the insulin-to-carb ratio?

Cool chart Statty! That sure seems like a good tool.

It may slso be best to check with your endo/CDE's to determine or narrow down the right dosages for you. Sorry if I'm not more help, but that was how I determined my ISF factor and my I:CHO ratios.
