I have just purchased a wonderful cooking for diabetes interactive disc and wondered if any of you would like a copy? It is very cool, tells you all of the nutritional info and the recepies are actually something a normal person would cook and eat...PM your address if your interested and i'll mail one out.
NOTE: I purchased it online, where you download the program and back it up on disc, it states you can email to friends, print on cards and hand out as gifts and more, so I don't believe it is illegal to share this product.

Sorry to everyone who asked for a disc that I haven't sent out yet, I'm getting to it, I had some unexpected "girly" issues come up which has left me more than a little sick over the past 2 and a half weeks - - I'm having urgent (not quite emergency) surgery this friday as a result so I will try to get to the Post Office on Thursday.... Sorry again for the Delay....
Kelly.

Sometimes being a girl stinks...
Surgeries are done, now just getting back on my feet again - - worst of it is being tired from hemorrhaging (sp)...
Thanks for asking...

Hi Kelly,
You will feel so much better when you are finally up and running again.
I went through the same thing in 1995. It took a few weeks to feel ok and maybe a month or so to feel really good again, and ready to go back to work. Everyone heals different though, so I hope you are feeling better real soon. :flowers:

Thanks, it feels like I have felt this way for years now and it has only been about 8 weeks since the bleeding started and a little over one since they finally got it stopped and I still feel like i could sleep 23.5 hours out of the day....they told me at my age..36... and with the blood loss it could take up to 9 months to finally feel up to par again but wow, i wasn't expecting to be soooo tired and not sore at all....go figure....
