After I read your post about a link to a diabetic-friendly recipes, I immediately checked it out. It was wonderful! :thumbsup:

I was just trying to learn how to bake when I was diagnosed with Type2. The diagnosis put a stop to my baking experiments since I could no longer appreciate what I baked. Thanks to you I could give baking another go.
