Whenever I go for a walk my sugars drop dramatically...I get instant results. Last night before my walk, my b/s was 7.0 (126) and when I got home they were 3.8 (64.4). I ate my supper and then went for another short little walk..I was rather hungry at supper and ate a little more than I should...not alot but a little. Anyways, when I got back from that little zip they were 4.8 (84.6) and now that I've woke up they are back to being 7. My diabetic nurse says that it's rebound. I have a hard time understanding this and am wondering if anyone else has this problem? It happens to me every time I walk wether I've eaten anything after or not it always climbs after a walk. I feel that I'm being counter productive but yet walking is so good for you. It's all very frustrating. Anyone with any advise?
