This is a great idea - I've heard about it before.

Even if it were only used for basal insulin that would save me two shots a day :) . Sounds like they've got some kinks to work out so I doubt we'll be seeing it available anytime soon.

Once again, I really wish they'd stop wasting money on delivery systems and instead spend it on working on a cure. This is yet another total waste of time along with the inhaler.

When are people going to realise that injections are the easy part and it's the day-to-day living aspect that is the bit we need help with?

Oh, yeah, they'll realise that when it makes money. :mad:

I agree, we have our pumps and pens which works fine.

They've been arround for very long and no one has found a good way to replace them yet and they never will...

Have anyone heard how it went with the insulin-cell transplantation to the liver?
