I've been VERY pleased and impressed with the Popeye's Naked Chicken. The green beans are great, the chicken is great, and it's all for only about 10 carbs total. It's terrific!

Also, a firm called BG has a web site (I haven't found the link yet) with a full, downloadable book on all major fast food items and their dietetic/carb values. VERY helpful. Also free of charge.

I'm also finding a lot of success while tracking my foods to do a Google search on the foot item and the word NUTRITION. Rarely ever a dead end.

www.calorieking.com has been very helpful to me...just about the only food I don't get a helpful hit from them is General Tso's Chicken...****.
