Animas ezManager Plus Software Problem

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem I am having with the ezManager Plus software. I can't run a "Daily Report" for certain dates. When I try I get the following message:

Format '%4.3f' invalid or incompatible with argument

:argh: When this happens I must restart the program if I want to run another date. It also affects the "Multiple Daily Reports" option if the selected date range includes one of the "problem dates". There is no reference to this issue in the manual. I have e-mailed Animas Corp and I'm waiting for their reply. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am using ezManager 4.0.4 (Build 103) on a Pentium III 1.0 GHz with 512 MB RAM running Windows XP Service Pack 2

I have not experienced the problem you are speaking of. Animas usually gets back to me pretty quick. Let me know how you make out. I am not 100% sure that you have the newest software though. I just received a new disk from animas with my replacement 1250 pump. I will look at it and let you know the version. maybe it is as simple as that.

On a side note, do you use the software with a palm or just on your computer? what do you think of it, and how long have you been using it?

I received this message when I was playing around with the EZM+ Access DataBase. The message went away when I deleted the entries I had manually created. Try deleting the dates you have a problem with and download from the pump again.
