To see a NEW Endo...

I am scheduled to see a New Endo today. Let's see how good this one is.... I wont have to use S.W.A.T tactics with this one, but I plan to screen him from top to bottom. If I need back up :boxing:, I'll call all of you in (LOL).

Well this Dr. seemed ok. He works directly with the Diabetes Center and is sending me for training at one of the hospitals :rock:

He ran all kinds of test, all done right in his office and he also verified that neuropathy would not go away within a month's time. For those of you that are aware of the numbing that I experienced about 11/2 yrs. ago. I still have to confirm whether it was really a slipped disk or neuropathy. I mentioned Apidra and he doesnt see much of a benefit in his opinion for pump users. He recommends it for patients on MDI.

I'm glad you had a good experience Cinnabon! I hope that you will be a lot happier w/ this new doc than you were with the last one! (and I'm also very glad to hear you're going to get some real pump training)
