I have noticed increased tingling in my hands and feet (not bad, but there) since I began exercising and taking supplements to improve circulation for a different reason. Have not had any neuropathy or blood circulation problems to date.
Is this tingling a good sign or a bad sign? If bad, the alternative would be to stop exercising and THAT would be bad. Any ideas before I call the doc?

Hi Spirit,
I had the tingling sensation in my hands and feet for about a year before I was diagnosed last month and it seemed to get worse after I got my BS under control (I'm feeling it in my upper legs and upper arms now). Sometimes its a little worse after I've had my walk and sometimes I hardly feel it at all. If it gets any worse you might want to mention it to your doctor, but I wouldn't stop exercising just yet. It may be part of the "joys" of being a diabetic. :five:
