Kiddo's in the Hospital High Enzymes

It's not from High Bg's so the doc's say It's not from Gall stones they say that too No scorpian bites That was also a question, Nor from exsesive amounts of alchohal, Anybody have any thought's or experiance with this, I'm stumped, and Kiddo's tired of being a pin cushion while the try to figure this out. Any help would sure be appriciated she's been there since tuesday afternoon with no food or water just ice chips, while they try to get a handle on this. :( :confused:

I have no suggestions but I hope they find out what it is quick and that kiddo gets better soon!!

She's got Pancreatitis, they are testing Kidneys today. I'll keep you all posted. headed to the hospital now wish her luck.

Good luck, Daddyo. give Kiddo a hug for all of us. I guess the good part of having Pancreatitis after you're diabetic is that there nothing else that can really go wrong with it, should they have to remove the pancreas? Best of luck for her and keep us posted. :flowers:

Pancreatitis, yep had that about three and half years ago. Found out after passing out for an hour on the floor thought I had better go to the doc. Mine was from a very nasty gall bladder. Keep us updated when you can and wishing her the best.

Hey Daddyo!! We haven't heard from you lately. How is Kiddo doing???

Kidddo is out of the hospital as of last thursday the enzeme levels are still 5 times the normal, the doc hopes these will come down, as the inflamation of the pancreas goes down, It's now day to day and hopes it will go away soon. thanks for all the well wishes, any changes I'll let you know.

Thanks for posting back Daddyo. Well, being let out of the Hospital
is certainly a good sign. I've had kidney infection(that's mighty painful) a couple times, but not Pancreatitis thankfully. I hope the inflammation
disappears quick and the Dear Girl is up and cheerful again Very Soon. :)
