I'M AMAZED, GOBSMACKED, SHOCKED!!
should i be happy or worried??

i hadn't taken a reading this morning before i ate, so i said 'forget it, do it later'...

it's time for lunch almost but i was sitting here typing away to you guys when i decided to test..

i've NEVER gotten readings THIS low...

it says 75!!! my goodness!! it's been 3.5 hours since breakfast!

i had some bread (equivalent to a small roll, i guess) with white cheese, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, some black olives and cinnamon tea! i've been sipping cold water all morning (i love water and drink a lot normally)

i'm going to eat now because even i know that below 75 isn't such a great thing to maintain.

but i'm truly amazed...except for some chips yesterday, i've been relatively vigillant and have stayed on course since june 20 (not counting the 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream i had two weeks ago!!)

i can't believe it. i'll test again 2 hours after eating and will let you know what's going on...

could it be the herbal sun tea i've been drinking the past couple of days? what??

for the record, last night, 2 hours after dinner, i tested at 135, which i thought wasn't too bad.

any ideas??

Happens all the time and if I don't have a snack before the 4 hour mark :2in1: then my liver dumps and about 4.5 hrs after a meal I start to feel better.

I'm the same.

If I'm doing physical work I have to snack every two hours or I go hypo - 63 is my record - my work companion said "I wondered why you were so quiet!" I rember being very focussed with early signs of slight tunnel vision.

tell me about 'hypo'...

yesterday just after learning that i was at 75 (in addition to being surprised and pleased...) i got shaky and weak...is that 'hypo'?

i immediately ate lunch and after a while, it went away...

maybe i should have eaten fruit so it would raise my sugar level more quickly..
right?
