Is there any way of posting a file?
I have been tracking my BS on an excel spread sheet and I thought it might be useful for others. I could also get comments.

Tried a new cereal this morning ( bran squares) just tested a 14.3, another cereal for the garbage. I no longer take my morning metformin (doctors orders) so any kind of cereal seems to set me off, I guess its back to the peanut butter sandwich.

Thanks
Steve

Steve, try Kashi's GO LEAN. It has 31g carb, but 10g fibre, 14g protien. I eat that and a boiled egg for breaky and my sugars are great. I too have stopped the metformin so who knows...it may work for you.

If you Zip your workbook, you should be able to attach it.

Guys here is a excel spreadsheet I made up for a specific set of readings I wanted to record, it has been formatted to fit on a A4 page and was designed to be printed and the readings handwritten into it. I am quite a novice user of excel but find it amazingly powerful to do what I want to do, you can even plot your readings into a graph.

If anyone wants any help to modify this or create their own I am happy to help (time permitting).

This should unzip as an excel file called BG.

it's cool that you want to share. I'd love to see it.
