Best thing so far.. been through them all over last 8 years.. including hospital classes.

... I don't know if it's available in the States but my 'bible' is this one :

'The Everyday Diabetic Cookbook', Stella Bowling, published with Diabetes UK.

Great tasting foods I can make for my family. With growing 12 y/o and 14 y/o kids at home, I must be careful what I serve... and don't have time to cook something special just for me.
