There is a BabyRuth SUgar free bar w/ 3.5 carbs. Its ok to have every now and then becuase it is sweetened w/ malitol( Maltitol is derived from chicory and roasted malt and may promote flatulence (gas) and other gastrointestinal symptoms) :vroam:

If I had to name one "sweet" weakness it would be cookies. It's what I miss most. I bought some sugarfree, low carb, oatmeal cookies that satisfied the "crunch" need and tasted pretty good. But I threw them out after two....too much temptation and they still had 10 carbs and 70 calories each.

Thanks, I may try a couple of these Friday when my granddaughter has the day off school. She always complains because I am no longer a "cookie baking" Grandma.

Most of the sugar free candy I have seen is still high in calories and some in carbs. Most of it gives me serious stomach distress, too. If I have an uncontrollable urge for candy, I would just rather have a piece of dark chocolate.
