Today my appointment went great as usual.
Dr. says if I continue how i always am then I will have like a very low chance of ever getting heart diaese or any of those problems.
I need to add a 2nd basal rate.....which I need to read up on.
Blood Pressure is good
Cholesterol is excellent
my AM blood sugars are on the low side which causes you to eat so anyone if you in the 60's when you wake up not good 70-80's are better you wont eat as much.
i take 10mg Lisinipril (am) and 10mg Zetia (bed)
