Am :confused: ! Thought a vaccine was to prevent something and this is therapy for T1 & 2. Need to check it out when sober. :beer:

The new therapeutic vaccine developed by Diamyd Medical, of Stockholm, is designed to treat type 1 and type 2 patients through protein therapy. The vaccine, named Diamyd, aims to reduce the need of insulin injections and prevent the destruction of beta cells.
