Hi there, I was surfing the net and found this sight so decided to join. My names Lee, I'm 27, been an insulin diabetic for 22 years and am trying to be a bodybuilder (with no luck)! Is there anyone out there finding it hard to gain any muscular size? :banghead:

Since bodybuilding is a sport, you are a bodybuilder whether or not you look the part.

There's a user here named MarkTN who is a bodybuilder (and looks the part), he's probably a good resource. Also, there is a lady fitness pro here as well (why is it I cannot remember her user name) and she looks the part as well, probably another good resource. Many of us here work out a lot, so feel free to ask a lot of questions.

And yeah, 99.999999% of the population are "hard gainers", don't let Muscle and Fitness fool you into thinking you can put on 10 pounds of muscle in a month.
