Hi again :)

Well, today I got Eri's HbA1c and cholesterol results back. She went from 8.2% to 8.1%(ok, so it's SOMETHING)...they want her to 7%, then down between the 4.5% and 6.5%)...her cholesterol is 178, but they want her below 170, so we will be working on that.

Her ped called today, they wanted to see her.
She DID throw up this morning again and hasn't been moving things through....UGH, so we got the referral for the GI doc who she has to see soon. Her hands are now swelling :( Hopefully, they will get her in next week(probably Thursday since her tutor is here Monday - Wednesday and maybe Fridays(but that is only the Social studies, English and French tutor. The math and science one should be here soon!!!

At least she's getting regular homework again :)
She is also busy w/ her new iPod, my mom sent her one...and I don't even have one!!! Oh well...lol.

That's about it for now...
Sorry for rambling!!!
Robin

Yes, it's awesome that her numbers are getting better :)
We just have to work on her cholesterol...

We had to see her doc again on Friday for a referral to a GI doc(the ones I have heard about)....her hands are now swelling, so we'll see what goes on with that!!!

Will keep updated, especially once I know just WHAT is going on w/ her!!!

Thanks, all :)

That's great news about her numbers... I am glad to see she is going in the right direction.

... and now that she had an IPod, good luck getting her to focus on homework. Ha! If I had one of those as a kid... for get about it!

Thanks :)
Yeah, her numbers have actually been quite awesome as of late as well!!!
Praying her next A1c is at least in the 7% range, if not lower(I can dream!!!)

Believe it or not, she listens to the iPod and does her school work...so it must be knocking some sort of sense into that hard head of hers...lol :)
(btw, I would LOVE an iPod, but I think my mom has stopped spoiling me...lol)
