Ok, for some of us longer term diabetics, I believe we all have heard for the past 30+ years that "a cure is just 5 years away". I've heard it every year since I can remember! I never had bought hope in it, and even since the first time it was said to me it would just go in one ear and right out the other, but today I honestly think a cure, or something close to it, really will happen in these next few years. Here is some more encouraging news:

Microilset should give me free stock seeing as how I give them so much free PR lol, but I think that the Microislet-P and Somatoprim products are going to be the closest thing to a cure. Once these products hit the market it will force drug companies to further compete for a better more profitable cure. Just my 2 cents :)
