I found this new product at the grocery store...anyone try it? I compared labels to the Cool Whip Lite and it actually has less carbs....also I have found No Sugar added by Kozyshack rice and tapioca pudding.....love those pudding cups....if I made a bowl of it I would eat the whole thing...:vroam:

I posted about the Sugar-Free Cool Whip about 6 weeks ago on this board. I love it, think it tastes exactly like the regular.

They also have a sugar-free whipped cream in the can, perhaps it was Hood brand, but reading the ingredients of chemicals vs. the "full sugar" stuff is amazing. There is less than a gram of sugar and less than 3 grams of carbs in the regular stuff and it doesn't have all those chemicals, so I'll stick with the regular whipped cream in the can.

I am so glad this world is coming around with all this sugar free/light stuff. Back when I was dx'd the only thinf diet to drink was Tab:puke: has anyone tried that stuff. When I am in a store and find something sugar free I call my mom up and say guess what they have....They even have sugarfree Cinnamon rolls!!!!

I saw those, too, but would not try them because they're loaded with Sorbitor. When they came out with those sugar-free Pillsbury cookies, the "break and bake" type, I bought them and tried it.

Let's just say I had one **** of a cancer scare, 2 colonoscopies and a lot of pain over those.

Sorbitor and Mannitol are on my "hit list" :)

Hey I love sugar free cool whip. I did over eat it the first time but am learning to control myself when it comes to something sugar free that I like. I only eat 1/2 a package of sugar free jello now. lol

I totally love Cool Whip Free. Been using it as a dessert for about 6 months now (right out of the tub, lol). I also use it as a dip for strawberries by nuking a cup of it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, getting it all gooey and then adding a couple of Splenda packets to it. Mix it all together and you end up with a thick, creamy, gooey, sweet "dip."

I also take a bowl of the whip cream free, sugar vanilla pudding and half a package of cream cheese(can use sour cream instead) and a weebeet of oj and mix it all together and that makes a really good fruit dip kind of a thing!!!
