ok....I'm obviously backwards when it comes to this. Most diabetics I know when they get sick they tend to have a problem with high blood sugars. I'm having the opposite problem. I can't keep my sugars up, they keep bottoming out at least a couple of times a day. I've tried adjusting my basals and my bolus insulin to carb ratios and still having problems.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It varies for me. As it is, I have trouble predicting my blood sugar levels , but when I am sick, it is even more unpredictable.
My suggestion would be to test even more frequently and have food at hand at all times.
Feel better soon :)
