today i went to see my doctor, and he took me off the medications. i was taking glyburide 2.5 and metformin 500 mg twice a day. my 3 week average was 84. all i have to do is keep up my diet and exercise regularly.

Okay, I gotta know...What kind of diet are you following? Approximately how many grams of carbs do you eat per meal? (or per day?) What is your exercise regimen? Was your average of 84 based on an equal number of fasting and two-hours after eating results ? Or was the average composed of just the two-hour after eating results?

Congratulations on this amazing accomplishment - I'd love to think that we could achieve similar results!
