Warshaw, Hope and Kulkarni, Karmeen. ADA: Complete Guide to Carb Counting.

Holzmeister, Lea Ann. The Diabetes Carbohydrate and Fat Gram Guide.

I have only browsed them, but can't wait to sink my teeth into them this weekend. :smartass:

The Carbohydrate and Fat Gram Guide is really great--it includes calories, grams of carbohydrate, grams of fat, % of calories from fat, grams of saturated fat, mg of cholesterol, mg of sodium, grams of fiber, grams of protein and food exchange values.

I am so excited!! Just had to share.

Oh, and the Amazon brought season three of Will and Grace!! How very exciting!!
