i have been experiencing some twiching under my left rib cage...it is so annoying and keeps me up alot. sometimes its ok .,...and sometimes it twitches like crazy...it kind of twiches to the beed of my heart...any ideas on what this is?

im actually hyper right now..lol which also has a negitive effect on humor...but i really want to know what this twitching is...it drives me nuts.

Nothing to worry about. Just you getting old.

I get a lot of little crazy twitches. Had one in my index finger for a few months that eventually went away. Go to the doc if you're concerned, but if you can feel a prick with a pin in your fingers and toes and don't get any numbness or tingling on a regular basis, this is just an everyday regular person muscle twitch. If you do feel any pain or crushing or lightheadedness then you should worry, otherwise just try to think of other things.
