I was detected with Diabetes 18 months back following sudden weight loss. Immediately, I changed my eating habits and started excercises/Yoga which brought things under control. Now, my meter reads around 100 for fasting and around 140-180 after lunch/dinner(which comes down fast). My detailed Blood and Urine tests show everything under control.

I am without any medications as I am consistently maintaining the sugar levels under control. But my concerns are:
1.) I am not able to regain my weight which is stuck at 135 lbs.
2.) I can still see pale or slightly turbid urination at most times

What should be the reasons for those ? Do I need to be worried about them and take some corrective action soon ? Were my high reading initially a result of some stresses at those times ?

Please advise.

Welcome to the Forum. To be maintaining your BG under control without taking any medication is great. I hope you can continue to do so for the longest time.
I see that you posted under Type 1, that probably means that you are in a "honeymoon" period - that there is an autoimmune reaction to your pancreas beta cells but that you have enough function left to go without insulin. There are tests that can confirm that.
That's relevant to why you cann't gain weight (type 2s usually want to lose weight).
Out of control diabetes will affect the urine but not it's color or turbidicity from what I understand. There are many things other things that could be going on that have nothing to do with your diabetes.
Anyway, Welcome, again to the forum:wavey: . And the best of luck.
