Here's a funny question.
Anyone notice they dream better when the are running a little sweet?
When I run below 100 while asleep, I notice that I have minimal dreaming.
But if I mess up and run sweet (~140 or north) WOW~ High intensity technocolor stuff that I remember upon waking!!!
:-)

I haven't noticed that. What I have noticed is that if I am running low-ish, I tend to have trouble sleeping and obsess about work. If I am running high-ish, I sleep like a log.

I can always tell when I run low in the night. I have very weird and vivid dreams. LOL

I'm not sure I ever made that connection, but now that you mention it, I think I agree! And similar to Tokyo Cate, I also sleep like NeverLand when I am running high, and the dreams are like HDTV 7.1 !! I'll have to take closer notes.

I have never noticed any correlation. I rarely dream no matter what my levels are.
I think that has more to do with my horrible sleeping patterns though..... I need more then 6 hours a night but i'm horrible and getting it!

Had been pretty much under control for the past few weeks. got woken up by the GF last nite at about 3am, in a pool of sweat and I was so cold that I was actually shivering :(
I hate it when this happens :(

"Extensive Dreaming" is what they call it, and it's a symptom of diabetes....before I was diagnosed, I had unbelievable crazy, wild dreams - and still do when I'm highly sugarized!

I dream in animation on occasion. The dreams are very vivid, very colorful and usually have the same kind of content or scripting for lack of a better way to put is as other dreams. I've never paid attention to my bs levels during dreaming before, next time I shall check lol
interesting thread btw.

That's another advantage of having a girlfriend. I have a hot water bottle and it just doesn't seem to help with lows as much as a living, breathing body next to me.
