Think the print in the tiny letters at the bottom pretty much says it all.

clinically proven to decrease the symptoms that commonly accompany elevated blood sugar and its effects.

Ten minute brisk walk or 5 minutes on Health Rider does the same for me-----whole lots cheaper too--------that's pic of me on the HealthRider :rofl:notice I have NO calf or thigh muscles---not much in the way of biceps ot triceps either--------good lipstick and hair though----kinda look like weights are sticking out of somewhere they aren't supposed to be:embarasse :ahhhhh:

Key word...."Model." Is it just me or does it seem like many models lack muscle tone? In fact, some of them look as though they're anorexic or something (I don't mean to sound rude, they just seem "too thin" to me). :dontknow:

I agree with Harold on saving your money, Marielea. While I've heard some good things with regards to Cinnamon & Cranberry, I've never personally witnessed anyone who obtained better control as a result of using it. I think if you were to go that route, you'd want to use cinnamon in its purest form, or at the very least powdered (or in capsule form). Again, there's no guarantee that it'll lower your levels or help in any way, as each person is physiologically different.

Whoa RZ!! That Healthrider sure did a job on you. You look
like Barbie. It's a Miracle. Well, if that's what you want to look
like. :lollypop: I thought you looked pretty good in your Birthday
Pictures. :D

No, I've never used any products such as that to control blood
sugars, Marielea. I do use cinnamon because I like the taste.
Haven't noticed better bsl's because of it, however.

There is some rumor going around about cinnamon being useful for controlling blood glucose. I figure if it was anything more than a rumor, the effective ingredients would have been tapped into by the big pharmaceutical companies so they could make some real money on it. After all, it's just cinnamon.

There is some rumor going around about cinnamon being useful for controlling blood glucose. I think you mix it with inhaled insulin and lay a fine coat of tan cinnamon dust over your lungs ;).
