Hello,
My dilemma this a.m: I have had type 2 for 10 yrs controlled -uncontrolled, I'm a truck driver , local runs!, I take avandia and glucophage, probably maxxed out! Did take avandamet until they started having problems producing it, It worked better it seems than the other! even though it is supposed to be the same! The problem I'm facing now is today I need to take a dot physical and I have yet to get my sugar under 200 anybody know what will pass for dot physical and any last minute tips to help bring sugar down would be highly appreciated, I know I need to get this right and I am at the point of getting tired of fighting this and just need to get it under control permanently! excersize hadn't helped a whole lot in the past few days! Fasting right now!

Do you just need an instant finger check under 200? Or do you need to have blood drawn for an A1C? If you want it instantly under 200, the easiest way is to just exercise right before you take and try not to eat much. If you need it for an A1C, then that's 3 months of history and that would take alot of work.
