How much will 15 carbs raise your BS level?
OR
How many carbs would you have to eat to raise your BS level 30 points.
Food and Insulin affects us all differently so I'm curious

I agree with you that we are all affected differently,
due to such things as weight, activity after eating,
and overall metabolism, which may include some
indeterminate factors.
There are a number of different systems for
trying to figure out these things.
One general guideline says,
One gram of carbohydrate raises the blood sugar about 3, 4, or 5 points for people who weigh 200 lbs., 150 lbs., and 100 lbs., respectively.
You would need to know how many grams of carbs you
are consuming.
There are also mathematical formulas for figuring out
how many units of insulin you need to lower your BG,
based on your total daily units. Even for that one,
there are two different formulas. You sort of have to
see which one works best for you.

After being on the pump for a month in a half I'm still learning. I've just learned why my BS level this morning was 232.
Last night before bed my BS level was 82, not feeling safe with that I had something to eat.....basically 70 grams a carbs and I bolused for 30 of that. I now know if I had just bolused for 60 of It I'd be sitting pretty in the morning BS level wise.
Thanks Wise for the site and the information you sent me to
